Fuchsia City Gym
The Fuchsia City Pokemon Gym is quite a bit different than the rest of the Pokemon Gyms. The gym leader specializes in poison-type Pokemon, but the majority of the Trainers use psychic-types. It also has invisible walls to confuse challengers. Look for offset lines in the floor to see these walls. All you have to do is follow the east wall, go north, west, a bit south, and then east to the middle of the room. There’s also another Trainer on the far southwest side of the room that you can challenge before doing this reverse spiral towards the gym leader.

Fuchsia City Gym Leader: Koga
Koga specializes in poison-type Pokemon. Unlike the RGB versions, his team in Yellow will be a bit more offensive with psychic attacks. Your best bet is to use psychic, flying, or fire-type attacks.
He will still rely heavily on the poison status condition. Toxic’s poisons get worse and worse, reducing your Pokemon’s HP by a greater percentage each turn. Don’t forget about restoring items such as antidote and full heal! Defeat Koga to receive the Soul Badge and TM06 Toxic. The Soul Badge increases your Pokemon’s defense stat.
