Route 23 is a straight short north towards Victory Road. There won’t be any Trainers, only wild Pokemon and guards to verify all eight of your Pokemon League Gym Badges. Before entering Victory Road, make sure you have enough healing items, a Pokemon with HM04 Strength, and a ton of Ultra Balls!
