This entire route has nothing but Pokemon Trainers. If you want to catch any wild Pokemon, the patch of tall grass is at the northeast corner of the route. Since you also start at the northeast corner, you’ll have to make your way around the fences to find a cut-able tree. This tree is on the west side of the patch of grass, but on the east side of the entire route.
