Leap over the two ledges to the south to find TM30 Teleport. This move will allow you to escape from wild Pokemon encounters in battle, and will instantly teleport you back to the last Pokemon Center you visited outside of battle. It works like an Hidden Machine, but it’s a Technical Machine. To the right is another Trainer.

West of the last trainer is a patch of tall grass. You can try to catch some Pokemon here if you like. Also, investigate the shrub to the south near the ledge to find a hidden Ether. When you’re ready to continue on, walk to the southeast side of the route until you find the next Pokemon Trainer.

A small patch of grass is near the seaside at the top of this route. You won’t be able to do much with the water just yet, so go south to reach the Pokemon Center. Rest your Pokemon here before continuing on. One final Trainer can be found just before the entrance to Rock Tunnel.
