I created this guide back in the first half of 2012 on IGN. I created the majority of it, but a few parts were fixed up by another IGN User named Telephus. This guide was written using Silent Hill HD Collection for PS3, but it will work just fine with the original Silent Hill 2 on PS2 and PC. The only difference is the added achievements and trophies.
From time to time you will run into toggle boxes in the walkthrough that says “Extra New Game.” These are usually items you can find after playing Silent Hill 2 a second time using the Extra New Game option.
