After that go up and into the next row of buildings. There’s a big one right in the middle. This is Silph Co. Talk to the guard to get the item “Up-Grade.” To the left and on the next row of buildings is the Copycat’s House. You don’t get anything for going in there. You have to go around Silph Co to go to the right set of buildings. There’s a Pokemart There. Usual stuff. And the last row at the top has the Magnet Train on the top left, but it’s still not running. The top right is the Fighting Dojo and the Saffron GYM. There’s nothing in the Fighting Dojo but a person to tell you the Karate King is in Johto. Now head to the GYM to earn your next badge!
Saffron City GYM
The Saffron City GYM primarily uses Psychic Type Pokemon. Psychic pokemon are weake against bug, ghost, and dark type moves. They are strong against fighting and poison type pokemon.
The Saffron City GYM uses teleporter pads to teleport you from one room to the next. There are four trainers and the GYM Leader there. Use that map to find your way. -Credit to psypokes.com again. You could just keep going up and down on the pads to eventually reach the GYM Leader. Sabrina can be pretty tough if your pokemon aren’t strong enough. Don’t send out any fighting, or poison pokemon or they will get wiped out quick. Luckily Psychic types are neutral to most other types. Her pokemon are fast and have high special attacks. They all know skill swap which is an attack that switches your pokemon’s ability with theirs.
