Cianwood City
You can run here to heal your pokemon and then keep fighting the others in the sea to level up. There isn’t exactly a pokemart but they have a pharmacy. It’s located left of the pokemon center. This is where you get the “Secret Potion” to heal the Ampharos at the lighthouse. They have very few supplies compared to other pokemarts:
Pokemon Pharmacy
Potion – P300
Super Potion – P700
Hyper Potion – P1200
Full Heal – P600
Revive – P1500
To the left of the Pharmacy is a house with a scared man. His pokemon were taken and he’s scared his last pokemon will be taken. He gives it to you to protect for awhile. It’s a:
Shuckle Lv20
Type:Rock/Bug
Ability:Sturdy or Gluttony
Attacks:
-Bide (Normal/Physical)
-Constrict (Normal/Physical)
-Safeguard (Normal/Other)
-Encore (Normal/Other)
You can keep it if you like. It has major defense and special defense. Very few weaknesses. If you keep it with you and it grows to like you then when you return it the man will say you can keep it. If not he’ll just take it back.
You may notice a cave on the west wall. It leads to the Safari Zone. However, it’s still under construction so you’ll have to come back later.
Next head North to the end of the island. You can find a hidden Revive around the smashable rocks. Then go towards Suicune. He’ll escape you and Eusine will battle you so be ready! He’s a tough one!
Myster Man Eusine – P3240

Electrode is majorly tough. He is really fast and will probably always hit first. If you physically attack him you may become paralyzed from his static. Thunder is strong and so are his other two moves. Rollout will confinute for a few turns and get stronger each turn. If he used Screech first then your defense will lower two levels! Knock him out as fast as you can!
Haunter (Male) Lv25

-Mean Look (Normal/Other)

EXP:675
Haunter isn’t too tough. He’s mostly annoying. He’ll try and keep you from switching out with Mean Look, curse you to lose HP every turn, keep you asleep if he can, and then lick you taking away a litle HP each time. If possible take him out fast
After Eusine, all that’s left is the GYM. The pokemon are tough and at high levels!
Cianwood GYM
The objective of this GYM is to shut off the waterfall that the GYM Leader is training under. There are two trainers on each side. I suggest fighting them all to level up because after this GYM you’ll fly back to Olivine for another GYM. And all of these pokemon are strong! Cianwood’s GYM houses Fighting Type Pokemon. Fighting type moves are strong against Rock, Ice, Normal, Dark, and Steel pokemon. Flying and Psychic type moves are strong against the fighting type, but look out because many of the pokemon know different type attacks and have strong attack and usually defense power. Their fighting and normal type attacks cannot hit ghost pokemon unless they have the move foresight or the ability scrappy.
First trainer is to the right:

GYM Leader Chuck – P3720, TM01 Focus Punch, and the Storm Badge which allows you to use Fly outside of battle.

Primeape is quite a foe! He can lower your defense with his leer attack and then knock you out with rock slide. He’ll use double team so you can’t hit him and Focus Punch is a major fighting type move blow. Focus Punch is extremely powerful but it takes awhile to use. If you hit the pokemon using it then they won’t be able to use it at the end of the turn. They have to tighten it’s focus first. When his HP gets low Chuck may use a Hyper Potion on Primeape completely restoring his health.

Attacks:
-Surf (Water/Special)

Poliwrath is another tough enemy. He can put you to sleep with hypnosis or damage you with body slam which in turn can paralyze you! Surf and Focus Punch are both hard hitting moves but remember Focus Punch needs no interruptions! When he gets weak he’ll heal himself with the sitrus berry he holds.
